A Little Closer
As we hunched over his Spanish homework, in the very public lobby of our local recreation center, Mason noticed something on my eyelid. With great concern and obvious abhorrence he asked "What's that on your eye?"
When I said I did not know -- duh I can't see my own eye -- he drew back in detestation with a hint of nausea and said, "I think it's sugarbugs!"
For the record, it was dry mascara.

Very funny....He is so darling and looks so focused and studious for a 3 year old.
I'm glad we're going to get as many Mason-isms as we do Cooper-isms. And I agree with your mom's comment about the picture--such a cute studier!
Sugar bugs? Is that an eye booger, like Maylin calls it?
